Our Story
At SeaBreeze, we began in 2011 with a simple mission – to make the Central Coast a little sweeter. From single cupcakes to custom-made cakes, every order receives our utmost quality and attention to detail. We believe that every celebration should be special, which is why we strive to create the perfect treat for every occasion, large or small. So, allow us to craft your ideal confectionery delight, whether it’s for a milestone event or just for the pleasure of indulging your sweet tooth.

Meet Breanne
She bakes sweets that define special moments in our lives. Brides, grooms, mothers, fathers, friends, and residents of the central coast have secured their love, biting into a SeaBreeze treat. If you asked Breanne where her passion began, she would say it all started when she was very young. “When I was a little girl the house always had the aromas of freshly baked pies, cakes, and cookies.” Born from a long line of Italian bakers, one could almost call it destiny. She went to college full-time and worked three additional jobs to help pay for her education. After all the studying she discovered baking was a great stress relief! Having a passion for baking and then turning it into a business is a dream come true. “There’s no better feeling in the world than sharing something I love with others.”

Supporting Our Local Cal Poly Students
A team of seven Cal Poly students won first place in a national competition by working with us for a year-long stent innovatively designing sustainable packaging and labels for our San Luis Obispo bakery. They leveraged flexographic print techniques to develop a cupcake carrying box, a three-pack extract box, and targeted labels, helping expand our reach to new customer demographics.

Our team of baking superheroes is made up of passionate and talented bakers who are always experimenting with new flavors and techniques. Each member of our team brings their own unique superpowers to the kitchen and together, allow us to create a diverse menu of baked goods that are both traditional and innovative.. Our team works hard, has fun, and most importantly, is committed to making delicious desserts!
